Institute Presenter Guide Now Available! [top]
The Institute Presenter Guide has been developed by Keep the Change, Inc. to assist Institute presenters in planning, preparing and presenting their workshop or roundtable sessions.

Submission Deadline Has Passed [top]

NAF is no longer accepting workshop or roundtable submissions for the 2003 Institute. Thank you to all of the network members and partners who submitted proposals. All those who submitted a presentation proposal can expect to receive a notification letter by mid-April.

If you have any questions about a submission, please contact Jenna Mandel at [email protected]

Presenter Resources [top]

In conjunction with Keep the Change, Inc.  NAF will be providing presenters with a wealth of resources to assist them in preparing an education, engaging and interactive session. Please visit this page again in a few weeks to take full advantage of these valuable resources.

Presentation Proposal Timeline [top]

Friday, March 14th was the deadline for the submission of all presentation proposal forms.

NAF carefully reviewed all proposals. Notification letters were sent to the Presenter/Workshop Coordinator the week of April 18th.

All accepted workshop presenters will be expected to submit a draft presentation no later than May 15th

The 2003 Institute will take place Thursday, July 10th through Saturday, July 12th. You will be asked to indicate your presentation preferences regarding day and time on the presentation proposal form.

Copying & Shipping [top]

All presenters are responsible for the copying and shipping of all presentation materials, and all related costs.  Upon notification, presenters will be given detailed instructions on when and where to ship materials. NAF has arranged for complimentary receiving and storage of Institute-related materials.

Compensation/Expenses [top]

School-based Academy presenters
Any school-based Academy team member who presenters two or more times at the Institute (two roundtable sessions counts as one presentation) will receive a $200 gift for his/her Academy program.

Industry and Outside Presenters
Because NAF is a non-profit organization, we are unable to offer honoraria to presenters.  For individuals who presenting only, NAF does not charge a registration fee.  If an individual is presenting and attending the Institute, we require the appropriate registration fee.  In general NAF asks industry and outside presenters to pick up their own travel expenses.  For more information about NAF policies regarding presentation expenses, please contact Jenna Mandel, Director, Conference & Event Planning at [email protected]
